One relationship, one household, at a time seems to be the way the disciples did it...and this is where I think we are going to have our biggest challenges with a large institution making course corrections. If we are going to listen to Jesus call us out of our church buildings to the poolside or to the bar or to the school sporting event to be in relationship, then letting go of the way we have always done things will be important. Navigating that balance, and equipping laity and clergy to understand what change is happening, why, and to do it themselves is key. <br /><br />p.s. thanks for getting personal in sharing your story!
